Whew! Just sold my new listing in 48 hours with 14 offers.  The seller got $35k over list price, and I saved them $24,000 in commissions.  If you're thinking about selling now is the time.  Inventory is low and buyers are out in droves.  Good time to buy and look for your new home before prices climb.  And interest rates go up.
